Dockleaf Holiday Cottages

Originally 18th century, and remodelled in the 19th century, this house has for many years been used as retail premises and we have converted it back to residential use.

Our work includes a full refurbishment and we are also extending the property to the rear with a single story design that includes subtle contemporary elements. Overall the property will have three bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor, and downstairs will comprise a lounge, kitchen, dining room and downstairs shower room. The ground floor layout following the refurb and extension works is open plan to suit modern living. There is also a loft ladder to access a loft space which whilst not incorporated as a fully habitable space, is an amazing space nevertheless.
