Dockleaf Developments has evolved over the last 20 years into a developer and house builder of bespoke homes, designed for the buyer that aspires to a new home, but does not want to sacrifice quality.
Designed by exciting firms of architects, based on briefs provided by Dockleaf, each development and each house is truly unique. All of our houses must be aesthetically pleasing, with plenty of architectural feature evident on the outside, with generous, contemporary, flowing spaces inside.
The tradesmen that we use are all familiar with the high quality that we demand. Most have worked on a number of projects for us and their experience is vital in ensuring that the end product meets Dockleaf’s expectations, and not least the exacting standards of our customers.
